Job: Business Development Executive
Location: Mohali (Onsite)

Overview:
Looking for a proactive, target-driven executive to generate business through international freelancing platforms and build client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire projects from platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
Prepare proposals, bid on projects, and follow up with clients.
Communicate with international clients and coordinate with the technical team.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain lead records.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience with freelancing platforms and solid negotiation skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable with night shifts, self-motivated, target-driven.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
