Key Responsibilities
Handle customer billing and cash transactions accurately.
Process payments via cash, card, and digital payment methods.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries professionally.
Maintain cash register accuracy and prepare daily transaction reports.
Assist customers with billing-related concerns.
Ensure the checkout area is clean, organised, and well-maintained.
Follow company policies and cash handling procedures.
Eligibility
Experience: 0–2 years
Candidates with a Jewellery retail background will be preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
Ability to work in a customer-facing retail environment.
