Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with Business development teams for understanding the customer requirements
Set up the first level of customer meetings and follow up as per business directions
Lead Must be able to create large funnel of leads for engineering service business and close the deals.
Participate in workload forecast meetings
Provide the regular business updates to relevant stakeholders in the organization
Create techno-commercial proposals and price estimation/quotations in response to inquiries / RFPs
Manage vendor registration activities with client including non-disclosure and service agreements
Actively support and contribute to digital marketing and other brand building activities.
Participate in Industry Exhibitions, Expos, Symposium for generating the customer connects.
Stay updated about Industry trends, Customer updates, Competition updates,



Engineering services market dynamics and tailor strategy / approach to meet the defined targets. Provide update to leadership on critical trends.

Skills and Experience Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Valuable presentation and negotiation skills.
Must have strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Must be able to write Proposals / Statement of work and track PO / Invoices with internal finance team.
Must make a positive meeting notes during customer interaction and circulate the MOM to right stakeholders after the meeting.
Initiate the Follow up actions upon customer meetings/visits.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools is an advantage.
Self-driven, willing to learn, and target oriented.
