Candidates only from EPC background and electircal engineering
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for electrical/EPC projects.
Review tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications, and project requirements.
Plan and procure materials as per project schedules and timelines.
Identify vendors, obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate prices.
Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate manufacturing clearances.
Coordinate with engineering, project, execution, and finance teams.
Follow up on GTPs, drawings, technical approvals, and client approvals.
Coordinate vendor inspections, TPI inspections, and material dispatch.
Monitor timely delivery of materials and update procurement status.
Handle import documentation, LC, BOE, and customs clearance (where applicable).
Verify vendor invoices and ensure timely payment processing.
Prepare Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills, and maintain procurement records.
Ensure compliance with project budgets, quality standards, and procurement policies.
Maintain solid vendor relationships and support timely project execution.
