Job Description

Shree Mahabal Fitness Centre is looking for a passionate and energetic Gym Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding members in their fitness journey, ensuring secure workout practices, and helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans.
Guide members on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage.
Monitor member progress and provide motivation and support.
Assist members with strength training, weight loss, muscle gain, and overall fitness goals.
Ensure gym equipment is maintained and used safely.
Conduct group fitness sessions when required.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the gym floor.
Promote personal training and fitness programs to members.
Respond to member queries and provide fitness-related advice.

Requirements
Certification in Fitness Training, Personal Training,



or a related field preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Gym Trainer (Freshers with relevant certification may apply).
Good knowledge of exercise techniques, strength training, and nutrition basics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Physically fit and passionate about health and fitness.
