About the Role

Oxbow Creatives Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, ensure smooth project execution, and act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
Coordinate with the Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, Design, Video, and SEO teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Schedule and lead client meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items.
Ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
Manage client expectations and resolve concerns professionally.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
Prepare campaign performance reports and present insights to clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.





Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Good project coordination and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc.).
Solid problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under deadlines in a quick-paced environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Digital Marketing Agency.
Experience handling D2C, E-commerce, or Branding clients is preferred.

Preferred Skills
Understanding of Digital Marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Website Development, Branding).
Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads is an added advantage.
Experience preparing client presentations and reports.
Solid attention to detail and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
