We're looking for a passionate Junior Social Media Marketer who is creative, organized, eager to learn, and excited to grow in a quick-paced agency setting.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Write engaging, brand-focused captions and content.
Coordinate with the design team to develop high-quality social media creatives.
Research industry trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
Prepare monthly content calendars.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
Track content performance and prepare basic monthly reports.
Assist in planning social media campaigns and promotional activities.
Support Meta Ads campaigns by coordinating creatives and ad copy.




Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and AI tools.

Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
Strong copywriting and creative thinking skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a energetic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
Internship or freelance experience in social media marketing is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
