Team Handling & End-to-End Accounts
Supervise, train, and manage a team of accounts executives for billing, ledgers, reconciliations, and

bookkeeping.
Own the complete accounting cycle: GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliation, asset accounting, and inter-

company entries across Muby Group entities.

-Ensure 100% accuracy in data entry, voucher posting, and ledger maintenance in Tally Prime.
Statutory Compliances :
GST: Solid knowledge of GST payment, return filing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR9, GSTR9C,

RCM, e-invoicing, e-way bill, and ITC reconciliation.
TDS: TDS payment, return filing 24Q/26Q, challan deposit, Form 16/16A issuance, and quarterly

compliance.
ROC Compliance: Ensure timely filing of AOC-4, MGT-7, ADT-1, DIR-3 KYC, and other MCA forms.

Coordinate with CS for board/AGM filings.
Tax Audit, Finalization & IT Returns
Lead year-end finalization of books and prepare financials as per Companies Act.
Handle complete tax audit process: Form 3CA/3CD, tax audit schedules, and auditor coordination.
File Income Tax Returnsfor companies, firm, partners, and directors. Manage scrutiny

notices and assessments.
US Accounting Support




Basic knowledge of US accounting and data entries for overseastransactions.
Handle basic AR/AP entriesin USD, bank reconciliations, and month-end data upload for US books.
MIS & Controls
Prepare monthly closing within working days. Share MIS: cash flow, budget vs actual, and

receivables aging.
Implement internal controls and SOPsto ensure clean audits.
Core Skills
Compliance Expert: Deep, practical knowledge of GST, TDS, ROC, and Income Tax provisions.
ERP & Tools: Tally Prime, MS Excel Advanced, MCA portal, GST/TDS portals.
Leadership: Solid team management, ownership, and deadline-driven approach.
US Accounting: Basic understanding of US GAAP entries.
Key Performance Indicators
Zero GST/TDS/ROC late fees or penalties
Month-end + year-end finalization within defined TAT
Clean tax audit and statutory audit with no major observations
100% timely IT return filing for all entities
Accurate US accounting data entries with <1% error rate

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
