Orbitol Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled EDM Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating EDM machines and be capable of producing precision components as per drawings and quality standards.
Experience
1.5 to 2 years of experience as an EDM Operator.
Experience in Tool Room, Mold & Dies, or Precision Manufacturing will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and set up EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) machines.
Read and understand engineering drawings.
Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality of machined components.
Select appropriate electrodes and machining parameters.
Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure proper machine functioning.
Follow safety and quality standards.
