About the Role
Niraamaya Retreats Surya Samudra is offering F&B; Service On-the-Job Training, providing hands-on exposure to fine-dining and wellness-dining service standards across the resort's outlets.

Learning Areas & Responsibilities
Assist with table setup, service sequencing, and guest interaction during meal service
Support service across restaurant, in-room dining, and event/banquet setups
Learn menu knowledge, including wellness-specific and dietary-restricted offerings
Understand order-taking systems (POS) and coordination with the kitchen
Support wine/beverage service basics and guest hospitality standards
Learn table etiquette and fine-dining service protocols expected of a luxury resort

Eligibility




Currently pursuing or completed a diploma/degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality
Basic coursework understanding of F&B; service operations
Valuable communication skills and presentable grooming
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and event-based hours
