Phoenix Business Advisory is a rapid-growing consulting firm specializing in business migration and global expansion services ssacross countries like the USA, Australia, Current Zealand, and UAE, providing end-to-end advisory for international business setup and mobility.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads through various channels including databases, references, and online platforms.
Build and maintain robust relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable business migration solutions Pitch company services effectively to prospective clients
Conduct outbound calls (including cold calling) to engage potential clients and generate interest
Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
Schedule consultations and meetings for the senior sales team
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales pipeline
Handle client queries and objections with professionalism
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets




Ensure a smooth and positive client experience throughout the sales cycle
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding of clients

Skills Required:-
Strong communication and convincing skills (English + Gujarati preferred)
Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Basic understanding of sales and lead generation
Confidence in cold calling and handling rejections
Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools is an advantage
Active listening and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:-
Degree in any field (BBA/MBA preferred)
0 - 2 year of experience in sales, tele calling, or business development (freshers can apply)
Prior internship or exposure to sales/calling roles will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
