Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Monitor system alerts and logs to proactively identify potential problems before they impact business operations.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk Administration.
Experience in configuring and managing Splunk environments to support enterprise-level applications.
Ability to analyze and interpret log data to identify root causes of system issues.
Familiarity with creating dashboards, reports, and alerts within Splunk to enhance system monitoring.
Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex software and system problems.
Knowledge of integrating Splunk with various data sources and third-party tools to optimize data collection and analysis.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Splunk Administration.
This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
