Sales Associate – Fabric & Textiles (Arabic Speaking)

Location: Colaba, Mumbai
Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our fabric and textiles team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and have excellent communication and sales skills to assist Arabic-speaking customers while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting fabrics and textile products based on their needs.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Explain product features, pricing, and availability.
Process sales transactions accurately.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is organized.
Follow up with customers and support repeat business.
Work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Stay up to date on product knowledge and current inventory.

Requirements




Fluency in Arabic is required (spoken; reading and writing is a plus).
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in fabrics, textiles, fashion, or home furnishings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic computer and POS system knowledge is an advantage.
