DTP Operator – Content Creation

Job Summary

The DTP Operator is responsible for designing, formatting, and publishing high-quality educational content for both print and digital platforms. The role involves creating visually appealing layouts, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering error-free, print-ready files within timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Design and format books, worksheets, assessments.
Create print-ready and digital-ready artwork.
Edit images, illustrations, and graphics as required.
Ensure consistency in fonts, layouts, colours, and branding.
Coordinate with the Content, Academic, and Marketing teams to incorporate revisions.
Proofread layouts and maintain quality standards.
Manage design files, templates, and version control.

Technical Skill Set
Adobe InDesign – Advanced
Adobe Photoshop – Intermediate to Advanced
Adobe Illustrator – Intermediate




CorelDRAW – Intermediate
Canva – Valuable working knowledge
MS Word & PowerPoint – Advanced formatting
PDF editing and pre-press file preparation
Solid knowledge of typography, page layout, colour management, print production, and image editing

Qualification & Experience
any graduate / Diploma/Degree in DTP, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in DTP, publishing, educational content.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
