We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day front-of-house and back-of-house operations. In this role, you will lead our floor and kitchen teams, maintain high standards of service and food quality, manage staff schedules, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations: Oversee front-of-house (FOH) and kitchen workflows to ensure smooth, productive daily operations and rapid table turnaround.

Team Leadership & Staff Management: Lead, train, and mentor floor staff, baristas, and kitchen crew. Manage staff rosters, leave requests, and shift scheduling.

Quality Control & Food Safety: Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and kitchen storage standards. Oversee product tasting and batch checks before serving.

Customer Service: Actively manage floor presence, welcome guests, address customer feedback promptly, and maintain high standards of hospitality.

Inventory & Supplier Management: Assist with stock control,



inventory auditing, waste management, and coordination with ingredient and packaging suppliers.

Communication & Policy Compliance: Enforce company policies (leave policies, kitchen protocols, shift handover rules) and foster clear communication between kitchen staff and management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Floor Supervisor in a restaurant, café, or bakery environment.

Leadership: Strong team-building and leadership skills with a firm yet supportive management style.

Communication: Clear communication skills in English and [Malayalam / local language].

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle peak-hour rush, resolve customer issues, and handle operational hiccups calmly and professionally.

Basic Business Literacy: Familiarity with basic POS systems, stock auditing, and margin awareness is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
