Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop new business prospects in the US IT market.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet client requirements.
Conduct lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and close deals effectively.
Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM tools.
