Design Leadership
Lead residential, commercial, hospitality, and interior design projects.
Develop creative architectural concepts aligned with client requirements.
Prepare conceptual designs, design development drawings, and construction drawings.
Ensure high-quality design standards throughout all project stages.

Technical Coordination
Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, and other consultants.
Review architectural drawings for technical accuracy.
Resolve site-related technical issues.
Ensure compliance with local building regulations and statutory approvals.

Client Management
Conduct client meetings and presentations.
Understand client requirements and provide practical design solutions.
Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Site Supervision
Visit project sites regularly.
Ensure construction follows approved drawings.




Review workmanship and material quality.
Issue site instructions and coordinate with contractors.

Team Leadership
Mentor Junior Architects, BIM Modelers, and Architectural Assistants.
Review team drawings before submission.
Allocate tasks and monitor performance.
Foster a cooperative and professional work workplace.

Documentation
Prepare architectural specifications.
Review BOQs and tender drawings.
Coordinate permit documentation.
Maintain proper project records and documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
