To manage all human resource funcions, Including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, training, perfomace management, and adminsitration ensuring a productive and legally compliant work place
Key Responsibilities
Manager end to end recuitment and onboarding
Preapre job descriptions and coordinate invterview
*Maintain empplyee records, attendance, leave and personal file,
Coordinat payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Labour Law etc,
Handle employee grievance and disciplinary actions.
Implement performance appraisal and emplyee developmet programs.
Organise Induction, training and skill development initiavtives
Develop HR policies and ensure compliance
Support employee enagement and welfare acitiveis
Coordinate contract labout and manpower planning
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and monthly manpower analysis
Support ISO, Safety, and audit requirements
Manager adminstration fuctions such as housekeeping security, tranport and faciility maintenance ( If applicable)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
