Job Title: IPQC Assistant (In-Process Quality Control)

Department: QualitySalary: ₹7,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on work & performance)

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any Degree (Technical preferred)

Job Summary

The IPQC Assistant is responsible for monitoring and ensuring quality during the production process. The role focuses on identifying defects at each stage and preventing defective products from moving to the next stage.

Key Responsibilities
Perform in-process inspections on production lines
Check raw materials and components during assembly stages
Ensure production is carried out as per quality standards and SOPs
Identify defects and inform supervisors immediately
Maintain inspection records and reports
Monitor work instructions and ensure operators follow quality guidelines




Conduct random checks during production
Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Assist in reducing rejection and rework during production

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of quality checking
Ability to identify defects and abnormalities
Attention to detail
Basic documentation and record-keeping skills
Willingness to work on shop floor

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Reduction in in-process defects
Accuracy of inspection reports
Timely reporting of issues
Support in minimizing rework

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
