Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Lead a team of passionate educators and support staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting career development.
Implement curriculum and educational programs that align with our vision and mission, promoting holistic child development.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with parents, ensuring their involvement and satisfaction with their child's progress.
Manage the preschool's budget, resources, and supplies, ensuring cost-effective operations and maintaining high-quality standards.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor the performance of staff, students, and programs, implementing necessary improvements.
Maintain a protected and secure workplace for children, staff, and visitors, adhering to health, safety, and emergency protocols.
