Une Holidays is a growing travel company specializing in creating memorable holiday experiences for customers worldwide. We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven Telemarketing Executives who can connect with potential customers, promote our travel packages, and help grow our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
Promote and explain holiday packages, travel deals, and special offers.
Generate qualified leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain accurate records.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service,
or travel sales is preferred.
Confident and professional phone manner.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Basic computer skills and ability to manage customer information.
