Key Responsibilities:
Hire and onboard delivery partners for last-mile delivery operations.
Ensure daily availability of delivery partners to meet operational needs.
Act quickly to replace delivery partners in case of urgent requirements or absences.
Maintain a pipeline of candidates to ensure consistent coverage.
Coordinate with the operations team to understand manpower requirements and deployment schedules.

Requirements:
Prior experience in recruitment or fleet management preferred.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
