We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic candidate to join our real estate team as a Residential Sourcing Manager. This role involves on-ground sourcing of channel partners and brokers to drive walk-ins at the residential project site.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard local brokers, agents, and channel partners to promote residential projects.
Regularly visit broker offices and network locally to build robust partnerships.
Generate walk-ins to the project site through channel activation and local outreach.
Distribute marketing collateral (brochures, site details) to potential partners and ensure follow-up.
Maintain and update a database of brokers and leads regularly.
Provide feedback from the market to the sales and marketing team.
Ensure prompt communication and coordination between the site team and sourcing partners.




Represent the project positively and professionally in all broker interactions.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any stream
Up to 1 year of relevant experience in field marketing/sales are welcome.
Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel within local areas for field visits and broker engagement.
Energetic, outgoing personality with a learning mindset.
Basic knowledge of real estate and residential property market is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
