Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing training programs and workshops.
Prepare and update training materials, presentations, handouts, and learning resources.
Coordinate with trainers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and participants to ensure smooth training delivery.
Manage training logistics, including scheduling sessions, participant communication, and online meeting arrangements.
Monitor training sessions and provide operational support during live programs.
Maintain accurate training records, attendance, assessments, and learning documentation.
Register participants on the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain relevant databases.
Collect, compile,



and analyse participant feedback to improve training effectiveness.
Prepare post-training reports, summaries, and documentation for internal and client requirements.
Ensure compliance with departmental SOPs and quality standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance learning processes.
Assist in other Learning & Development and administrative activities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
