Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Support Services Executive to oversee housekeeping, facility management, and support staff operations. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, protected, and well-maintained workplace while coordinating daily administrative and facility-related activities. This role requires solid leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Monitor office infrastructure and ensure all facilities are functioning efficiently.
Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff, including scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring.
Ensure adequate inventory of cleaning supplies, pantry items, and facility consumables.
Coordinate with external service providers and contractors for maintenance and facility-related work.
Conduct regular inspections of office premises and address any issues promptly.
Maintain records related to facility maintenance, vendor services,



and staff attendance.
Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Support administrative and operational activities as assigned by management.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications
BHM / BSc in Hospitality Management
1–3 years of experience in facility management, housekeeping supervision, office administration, or a similar role.
Experience in managing support staff and coordinating vendors is preferred.

Required Skills
