About the Role

Bluebenz Digitizations is looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to generate business opportunities within manufacturing companies across Maharashtra. The role involves visiting industrial areas, meeting decision-makers, promoting ERP and digital transformation solutions, and building a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Visit factories, MIDCs, and industrial units to identify potential customers.
Meet business owners, plant heads, production managers, and other decision-makers.
Promote ERP, MRP, Manufacturing Automation, AI, BI, and Digital Transformation solutions.
Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with technical teams.
Generate and qualify leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals.
Participate in industrial exhibitions, trade events,



and networking activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.
Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome to apply.
1–5 years of experience in B2B, Software, ERP, Industrial, or Manufacturing Sales preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
Two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively across industrial regions.
