Responsibilities:
Communicating with Clients, Sales Engineer & HO for Prompt & Timely Services
Promote Company Products & Services
Converting Client for AMC
Servicing the Clients as per TAT Given by the company
Coordinating with HO for Spares, Ticket Generation or Any Support Required.
Regular Visit to Clients who have Taken AMC as per Agreement
Filling & Providing Timely Service Reports
Responsible for Commissioning of Machines in the Territory Serviced
Performing Emergency services when required
Resolve Malfunctions of the machines
Proper Drafting of Service Reports
Follow up with the Existing Client for Business.
Attend Phone Calls of Customers.
Make All Entries into ERP
Develop existing clients and generate Service Revenue.
Ensure Timely payment collection from clients.
Assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
