Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Pre-Sales & Member Acquisition
Handle Meta Enquiry, walk-ins, enquiries, workspace tours, and follow-ups.
Support the sales team in converting prospects into members.
Coordinate onboarding documentation and membership activation with canter head
CRM & Member Database Management
Maintain accurate member records in the Zoho CRM.
Track leads, renewals, and coordinate with the canter head.
Member Experience & Community Engagement
Ensure an exceptional member experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
Coordinate community events, networking sessions, and engagement activities.
Collect feedback and recommend service improvements.
Employee Travel Coordination
Arrange flight, train, hotel, and local travel bookings for company employees.
Coordinate travel itineraries and maintain travel records.
Liaise with travel vendors for cost-effective bookings.
Client Complaint Resolution
Receive and document member complaints.
Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, IT,



and facility teams to ensure timely resolution.
Follow up until closure and maintain high member satisfaction.
Executive Support to the COO
Work closely with the COO on strategic and operational initiatives.
Coordinate meetings, calendars, follow-ups, and internal communications.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Track action items and ensure timely completion by cross-functional teams.
Assist in special projects, process improvements, and business coordination as assigned by the COO.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the bridge between Sales, Operations, Accounts, Facility Management, and the COO's office.
Ensure smooth execution of daily operational activities and member services.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
