Conduct one-on-one fitness training sessions at the client's home.
Assess the client's fitness level, medical history, and personal fitness goals.
Design personalized workout plans for strength, weight loss, flexibility, endurance, and overall fitness.
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure protected use of gym equipment.
Monitor progress and modify workout plans based on performance and goals.
Motivate and encourage clients to maintain consistency and a healthy lifestyle.
Provide guidance on stretching, warm-up, cool-down, and injury prevention.
Offer basic nutritional and wellness advice within the scope of certification.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the home gym area and equipment.
Ensure all training sessions follow safety standards and best practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
