We are looking for an experienced Plant Operations Head / Manufacturing Head to independently manage and oversee the complete manufacturing operations of our automotive plastic components facility. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on technical knowledge of Tool Room, Plastic Injection Mould Manufacturing, VMC/CNC Machining, Injection Moulding, Assembly, CAD Coordination, Quality and Maintenance, along with the leadership skills to drive teams, solve technical challenges and ensure smooth day-to-day plant operations with minimum supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee complete factory operations and ensure seamless coordination between all departments.
Maximize machine utilization, manpower productivity and overall plant efficiency.
Lead Tool Room, Injection Moulding, Assembly,



VMC, CAD, Quality and Maintenance teams.
Monitor production planning, delivery schedules and daily output targets.
Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot technical issues and implement process improvements.
Ensure high standards of quality, safety, discipline and operational excellence.
Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Mentor teams, enforce accountability and ensure timely completion of all manufacturing activities.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
