We are looking for a motivated and innovative R&D; Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for researching, designing, developing, and testing new products and engineering solutions to support business growth and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and feasibility studies for new products and technologies.
Design, prototype, test, and validate engineering solutions.
Prepare technical reports, design documents, and specifications.
Collaborate with production, quality, and cross-functional teams.
Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Support product development and commercialization activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or related field).
2–5 years of experience in R&D; or product development.
Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience in prototype development and testing.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
Familiarity with ISO standards and engineering documentation.
