Job Title: Executive – Event Production

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Event Production / Event Management (similar industry)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing event production activities

Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, AV teams, and logistics partners

Support on-ground setup, execution, and dismantling of events

Ensure production quality and adherence to timelines

Manage event materials, inventory, and logistics

Artist Management

Coordinate with internal teams and supervisors during events

Handle basic documentation and reporting

Resolve on-site operational issues under guidance

Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience in event production or a similar field

Positive coordination and communication skills

Ability to work on-site and under event pressure

Willingness to travel and work flexible schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
