Job Summary: . The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a keen interest in electric vehicle technology, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Diagnosis and Repair: Identify and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in electric two-wheelers using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including battery checks, software updates, and system calibrations to ensure optimal performance.
Component Replacement: Replace faulty components such as batteries, motors, controllers, and other electrical systems as needed.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, explaining repairs and maintenance procedures in an understandable manner.
Quality Control:



Conduct thorough inspections and tests after repairs to ensure vehicles meet manufacturer standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and any recommendations for further action.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Training and Development: Stay updated on the latest EV technologies, service techniques, and manufacturer specifications through continuous learning and training.
