Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests in a skilled manner.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all orders are punched correctly into the POS system.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for timely order delivery.
Handle billing and payment processes accurately.
Maintain excellent customer service and resolve guest queries.
Ensure cleanliness and smooth operations in the dining area.
Requirements:
Experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar role.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of POS billing systems.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
