Key responsibilities: Performance Leadership: Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide consistent, actionable feedback through regular 1-on-1s. Operational Excellence: Manage daily workflows, remove bottlenecks, and ensure the team meets all deadlines and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Talent Development: Identify skill gaps and provide opportunities for skilled growth, mentorship, and career advancement within the team.



Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator to resolve internal team conflicts and foster a collaborative, inclusive environment. Strategic Alignment: Translate high-level company goals into tactical plans that the team can execute effectively. Resource Management: Oversee budgeting, staffing needs, and the procurement of tools or software necessary for team success.
