Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in kitchen and food preparation areas. Ensures kitchen equipment, utensils, floors, and workspaces are cleaned and organized according to company and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, countertops, and work surfaces.
Wash and store kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, pans, and equipment.
Remove garbage and dispose of waste according to hygiene procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers.
Refill cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support duties as required.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately.
Support deep-cleaning activities as scheduled.

Requirements
High school education preferred.
Previous experience in kitchen housekeeping, stewarding, or cleaning is an advantage.




Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Physical fitness to stand for long periods, lift items, and perform cleaning tasks.
