Role & responsibilities
Responsible for in office civil construction management, including progress, quality, safety, site management and technical guidance.
Preparing approval and acceptance documentation, coordinate with local government departments in pune and follow up on approval progress.
Participate in verifying work quantities for variation orders and receiving project settlement documents.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 Years experience in civil projects,
legal approvals,
quality standards,
BOM & BOQ,
Engineering drawing,
Valuable experience of AUTO CAD
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
