Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support qualified growth and project success.
Coordinate with junior professionals to support their development and integration into project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
Robust experience in application design and configuration to meet complex business requirements.
Ability to analyze and translate business processes into technical solutions effectively.
Skilled in collaborating across teams to ensure alignment and integration of software components.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues that impact multiple teams and systems.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
