We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Production Supervisor – Electrical to oversee daily production activities related to electrical assemblies, wiring, SMPS, EV chargers, battery chargers, and power electronics products.
Supervise daily production activities in the electrical manufacturing line.
Monitor assembly, wiring, testing, and packaging processes.
Ensure production targets are achieved within scheduled timelines.
Maintain product quality as per company and industry standards.
Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Purchase, and Maintenance departments.
Handle manpower allocation, shift planning, and operator supervision.
Ensure proper usage of tools, machines, and testing equipment.
Monitor production reports, rejection analysis, and productivity improvements.
Ensure adherence to ISO and company SOPs.
Maintain daily production records and reporting.

Qualification:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
1 to 4 years of experience in electrical or electronics manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
