Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Medical Social Worker to support patients and their families in coping with medical conditions and related social, emotional, and financial challenges. The candidate will play a key role in improving patient care by connecting individuals with appropriate resources and support systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients’ psychosocial needs and provide appropriate support
Counsel patients and families regarding illness, treatment, and recovery
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for patient care planning
Assist patients in accessing financial aid, insurance, and community resources
Provide crisis intervention and emotional support when needed
Educate patients and families about available healthcare and social services




Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
Facilitate discharge planning and follow-up care services

Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a recognized institution
Knowledge of medical and psychiatric social work practices preferred

Experience:
0–3 years preferred (freshers with strong skills may also apply)

Salary:
₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
