Job Summary

We are looking for a Guest House Deputy Executive to oversee the daily operations of our company Guest Houses. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining housekeeping standards, managing occupancy, coordinating maintenance and vendor activities, and ensuring a clean, secure, and comfortable environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Guest House occupancy and daily operations.
Ensure cleanliness, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.
Coordinate repairs, vendor activities, and procurement requirements.
Maintain Guest House assets and inventory.
Monitor utility services and operational expenses.
Conduct periodic inspections and prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
3–6 years of experience in Guest House, Facility Management, Administration, or Hospitality.
Valuable communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
