Equity Dealer (Stock Market / Trading Desk)

Role Summary:

Looking for a skilled Equity Dealer with hands-on trading experience and strong client management abilities to drive trading volumes and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute client trades and share real-time market updates
Provide trading calls based on research insights
Operate trading platforms (DIET / NEST / ODIN)
Generate brokerage and trading volume
Build and manage client relationships
Cross-sell Mutual Funds & Insurance
Support Demat account opening & stock pledging
Maintain client records and reports
Conduct client calls/meetings (Zoom/Google Meet)

Requirements:
1–3 years in equity dealing / stock broking
Robust market knowledge & compliance understanding
Valuable communication and analytical skills
Target-driven and client-focused
