Handling bank entries

Ensuring accuracy of all accounting entries to obtain correct figures for cash flow projections.

Booking vendor bills, journal entries and maintain all General Ledgers in Tally

Red-flagging excessive payments made to vendors or subcontractors and highlighting cases where purchase bills are missing.

Managing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS, PT, and staff advances for all companies.

Red-flagging GST-defaulter vendors every month and following up with them to rectify or upload missing bills on the GST portal.

Coordinating with vendors for incorrect GST details.

Documenting GST input not reported by vendors on the GST portal.

Checking and following up on incorrect GST reported by vendors on the portal.

Performing reconciliation for GST amount mismatches.

Following up for debit balances including exce paid amounts and refunds.

Checking invoices received and ensuring corrections are made.

Maintaining vendor reconciliation ledgers.

Coordinating with the Procurement Team for vendor queries, reconciliations, retention, ITDS, debit balances,



and excess payments.

Coordinating with the CA for P&L;, closing stock, annual GST, TDS quarterly filing, and other required reports.

Raising sales invoices, generating e-invoices, and creating e-way bills.

Coordinating for non-identified payments across , , and and ensuring correct allocation and accounting.

Supporting attendance checking for labour, workers, and staff.

Verifying labour/worker working files.

Checking staff salaries and assisting in the monthly salary process.

Checking budgets for site and project expenses.

Verifying petty cash and ensuring proper accounting.

Checking credit card transactions and reconciling monthly statements.

Handling I/CSI/ESI audits and preparing related reports.

Maintaining the fixed assets file, including physical records.

Pay: ₹8,607.61 - ₹28,000.00 per month
