Understand requirements and suggest appropriate job and career options.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and queries.
Convert potential leads into successful enrollments.
Maintain records and update CRM/database regularly.
Build robust relationships with candidates through effective counselling.
TRAINING WILL BE OF 7 DAYS (UNPAID). YOU NEED TO QUALIFY THE CERTIFICATION TO GET ONBOARDED.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
