We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant to join our Indian office. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting work, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the finance/accounts team with regular office accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle basic day-to-day accounting entries and record keeping.

Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase bills, sales records, and payment entries.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

Assist with bank reconciliation and daily transaction matching.

Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, receipts, and accounting documents.

Update and maintain accounting data in Tally/Excel or other accounting software.

Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal team members for payment and billing-related matters.

Assist with GST, TDS, and other basic compliance-related documentation.

Coordinate with the company’s CA/accounting team when required.

Check entries carefully to avoid errors in financial records.





Prepare basic reports as required by management.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Experience with Tally, Excel, and basic accounting software preferred.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Positive organizational and documentation skills.

Ability to follow instructions and complete work on time.

Responsible, honest, and willing to learn.

Prior experience in office accounting will be preferred, but freshers with valuable accounting knowledge may also apply.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Experience:

2–3 years of accounting experience.

Salary:

As per experience and interview performance.

Work Schedule:

Full-time office role, Monday to Saturday.
