Diorama Eduversity is hiring an Assistant Professor – Management Studies to deliver engaging lectures, mentor students, manage academic responsibilities, and support institutional compliance and academic operations at our Indore campus.

Position: Assistant Professor – Management Studies
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Employment Type: Full Time / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria
Master’s Degree in Management (MBA/M.Com or relevant postgraduate qualification) from a recognised university.
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a university, college, or higher education institution.
Robust understanding of management concepts and the ability to deliver engaging lectures.
Excellent communication, presentation, and student mentoring skills.
Ability to manage academic responsibilities independently and work collaboratively with the academic team.

Key Responsibilities:




Deliver lectures for undergraduate and postgraduate management courses using practical and industry-oriented teaching methods.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assessments, and maintain academic documentation.
Mentor students and support their academic, qualified, and career development.
Manage attendance, internal assessments, marks records, and course-related compliance requirements.
Support university documentation, academic audits, accreditation processes, and institutional reporting.
Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, seminars, and academic improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth delivery of programs and student learning outcomes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
