Present and explain the company's products and services to prospective clients.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into sales.
Maintain strong and qualified relationships with existing and new clients.
Conduct customer visits and product demonstrations, when required.
Negotiate with customers regarding pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, quotations, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Technical, Operations, Purchase, and Accounts to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Follow up on pending payments and support the collection process when required.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback to the management.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the reporting manager.
Generate new business opportunities through marketing activities and direct sales.
Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, and company branding.
Identify prospective customers and schedule meetings.

Maintain robust customer relationships and provide after-sales support.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma
0–3 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings, if required.
