Job Title: Interior Design Project Engineer (10+ Years Experience)About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Interior Design Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience managing interior fit-out projects from planning through execution, ensuring high-quality delivery within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of interior design and fit-out projects.
Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to quality and safety standards.
Prepare project plans, progress reports, and cost estimates.
Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in interior fit-out/project engineering.




Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and other relevant project management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in commercial, corporate, retail, hospitality, or residential interior projects.
PMP or other project management certification is an advantage.
