Job Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and research-oriented Research & Development Executive to conduct comprehensive online research using AI tools, search engines, business portals, and digital resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, verifying, organizing, and analyzing business information to support sales, procurement, exports, and strategic business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive online research using Google Search, company websites, business directories, B2B portals (IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, etc.), LinkedIn, and other reliable sources.
- Utilize AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and other AI tools to gather, summarize, verify, and organize business information.
- Research and identify potential manufacturers, suppliers, importers, exporters, contractors, EPC companies, infrastructure firms, distributors, and prospective clients.
- Collect and verify company information, including contact persons, email addresses, phone numbers, websites, office addresses, and decision-makers.
- Perform competitor analysis, market intelligence, and industry research to identify emerging business opportunities and trends.
- Build, update,
and maintain accurate databases using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Validate information from multiple online sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Prepare structured reports, research summaries, and business intelligence documents for management.
- Explore new AI tools, automation techniques, and research methodologies to improve productivity and data quality.
- Support cross-functional teams by providing accurate business data and research insights.
Required Skills
- Excellent online research and analytical abilities.
- Strong knowledge of Google Search and advanced search operators.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management.
- Ability to collect, verify, and organize large volumes of business information.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good written English and report preparation skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using LinkedIn, Google Maps, business directories, and B2B portals.
- Basic understanding of market research, business intelligence, and lead generation.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted productivity and automation tools.
