Job Title: Junior Interior Designer/Architect

Location: Bhubaneshwar, Odisha

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer with approximately 2 years of professional experience to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of residential and commercial interior design, excellent visualization skills, and the ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically appealing spaces.

You will work closely with senior designers, architects, project managers, and execution teams to deliver high-quality interior design solutions from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements and project briefs.
- Create mood boards, space planning layouts, and design presentations.
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and detailed design documentation.
- Develop 3D models, renders, and visualizations for client presentations.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Assist in material selection, furniture specification, and finish selection.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and project inspections as required.
- Ensure designs comply with project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Support project execution teams by resolving design-related issues during implementation.
- Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.




- 2+ years of experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design creativity and technical capabilities.
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape
- Photoshop
- Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and furniture design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in luxury residential interiors.
- Knowledge of modular furniture and custom furniture detailing.
- Understanding of site execution and project coordination.
- Familiarity with BOQ preparation and vendor coordination.
- Basic knowledge of construction and MEP coordination.

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience, skills, and portfolio)
